2. Service Agreement

All projects, campaigns, and services provided by MataBoss are based on the agreed scope of work discussed with the client before project commencement.

Any additional features, revisions, integrations, or requirements outside the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

For all our services: Marketing, Website Development, Landing Pages & Custom Projects

To initiate any website development, landing page, or custom digital project:

  • 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
  • The remaining 50% payment must be completed upon project completion and before final delivery, website migration, or transfer of ownership.

Project files, source code, credentials, website migration, and final handover may be withheld until full payment has been received.

Digital Marketing Services

For ongoing marketing services, advertising management, and monthly retainers:

  • Payments must be made according to the agreed billing cycle.
  • Ad spend is separate from service fees unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Delayed payments may result in service suspension.

4. Revisions & Modifications

Reasonable revisions are included within the agreed project scope.

Requests that significantly alter the original requirements may require additional time and cost.

5. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

  • Provide required content, images, credentials, and information on time.
  • Review project updates promptly.
  • Communicate feedback clearly.
  • Ensure that any provided content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.

Project timelines may be affected if required information is delayed.

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the completed project will transfer to the client unless otherwise agreed.

MataBoss reserves the right to showcase completed projects, designs, screenshots, performance data, and case studies within its portfolio and marketing materials unless a separate confidentiality agreement exists.

7. Marketing Performance Disclaimer

While MataBoss applies industry best practices, data-driven strategies, and optimization techniques, we cannot guarantee specific results such as:

  • Sales volume
  • Revenue
  • ROAS
  • Rankings
  • Leads generated

Marketing performance depends on numerous factors including market conditions, competition, budget, offer quality, audience behavior, and platform algorithms.

8. Third-Party Services

Projects may involve third-party services such as:

  • Meta
  • Google
  • Shopify
  • WordPress
  • Hosting Providers
  • Payment Gateways
  • CRM Platforms

MataBoss is not responsible for outages, policy changes, suspensions, or service interruptions caused by third-party platforms.

9. Project Delays & Suspension

MataBoss reserves the right to pause or suspend services if:

  • Payments are overdue
  • Required information is not provided
  • The client becomes unresponsive for an extended period

Project timelines may be adjusted accordingly.

10. Refund Policy

Payments made for completed work, consulting services, strategy sessions, setup fees, and digital marketing services are generally non-refundable.

Refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

11. Limitation of Liability

MataBoss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.

12. Changes to Terms

MataBoss reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on this page.
